This promotion is open to all new customers of Deputy who sign up for a Premium Annual subscription on or after 26 August 2024. This promotion is valid until 11:59pm on 31 December 2024 (AEDT).

This promotion is a once-off 25% discount and is applied to our Premium Monthly Plan subscription price. All subsequent renewals of the Premium Annual subscription will be charged at the Premium Annual subscription price listed at https://www.deputy.com/pricing at the time of renewal.

This promotion is not open to businesses that have previously been a paying customer of Deputy in the past 12 months.

Customers must have more than 50 users to be eligible to receive the promotional discount.

Any other charges by Deputy (including charges associated with adding additional users to a Premium Annual subscription) in addition to the upfront Premium Annual subscription price will not be entitled to the promotional discount and will be charged at their respective then-current prices.

The promotional discount amount is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit.

These terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements with Deputy including Deputy’s Subscription Agreement, User Terms and Privacy Policy.

Deputy does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any customers as a result of either participating in this promotion, save that Deputy does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

Deputy reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California (for US customers), England and Wales (for EMEA customers), and New South Wales, Australia (for all other customers) and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those jurisdictions.
